Hi there! Yes, the X330 has auto loop recording whereby the oldest files will be overwritten when the card is full to make room for new video files. No, the dash cam does not have an internal battery - it must be connected to a power source to operate. Users may adjust the brightness in the dash cam settings through the PC Viewer or on the dash cam. The dash cam and included accessories comes with 1-year warranty protection, excluding the microSD card which comes with a 6-month warranty protection. We hope this helps.
