Yes. This package comes with everything you need to plug in and drive. The only things missing are an optional manual shifter (paddles can be used) and an e-break.

Comes with wheel, base and pedals. Decent starter but has a smaller wheel. I use for iracing currently but upgrading soon as the small wheel can make it difficult when you rotate 360 degrees constantly.

The wheel bases is built into the wheel meaning the steering wheel and wheelbase do not come apart it's one piece. Everything you need is included to race you just cannot swap out steering wheels
