“Will this come with the new adapter for older rims like the t818 did? Can’t find if it does or doesn’t. I have a sf1000”

Hello, the Thrustmaster - T598 base uses our new QUICK RELEASE system, and is supplied with a wheel. It does not include an additional adapter. To use the FORMULA WHEEL ADD-ON FERRARI SF1000 EDITION wheel, you need either the QUICK RELEASE ADAPTER or the QUICK RELEASE UPGRADE FOR SF1000. There are 2 different versions available from Thrustmaster though for purchase - one to fully/permanently convert older wheels, and one that temporarily converts for wheels that cannot be permanently converted (like the SF1000). They will be releasing a specific conversion for the SF1000 before the end of the year though.

Please try again later.thrustmaster said in a post on facebook that you will have to buy an adapter for older rims that arent compatible out of the box for the quick release. if you have a sfc 1000 and you already have the adapter for it and works with the 818 you should be good.
