I recommend if it's you and one other person and you just want to make a one time payment for a years service go through Best Buy but buy two separate subscriptions. Best Buy does allow you to do this but instead of you using both codes you use one for yourself with your Tidal login credentials and give the other to another family member and they will use the code with their login credentials. You will be billed yearly for each account at a much lower cost than if you were to go directly through Tidal. I hope this helps and make some sort of since. At this time Best Buy does not offer the Family Plan so this is the workaround for the time being.
A:AnswerYou can’t. Online customer service won’t help and the actual stores won’t help. So I will be charge $10 a month for the rest of my life for services that are no longer available
