“We have one set of keys shared by several users so only need one tile. Can I link one tile to multiple phones? For example - If the keys leave the building I would need each person to be able to check in their own location (office/house/car etc).”

Yes, each phone must be set up with the same user name or profile.

You will be able to share your Tile with one other Tile account, with Tile Premium you will be able to get Unlimited Sharing to share your Tiles with as many different accounts as you wish.
