Thanks for asking! Tile works within a Bluetooth range of 150-feet up to 400-feet. Tile locations are updated using the Bluetooth radio connection between the Tile and the Tile app running on your device. While Tile does not have GPS real-time location information, the app does automatically record the last time your phone saw your Tile. You can check your map to see the last time you connected with your Tile, and if a Tile is lost, you can enlist the power of our Tile Network to help!
