Yes but once the child is out of the 2nd gen wider, range it is not the greatest. You need something that can give you gps tracking additionally to Bluetooth. I was doing some research on trackers myself. The one made for children are extremely bulky and cumbersome. YouTube “Best child trackers for 2018”. I have a 5 week old so I have time before I need to get one. Hopefully by then the current models or even tile become smaller and more efficient.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it only works if your within a few feet of your tile. Also if they have one and walk by someone that has one you can get notified but it would say they are at the mall, it wouldn’t guide you to them.
