A:AnswerI use mine on my gray vinyl flooring and have zero issues for the last 2 years. My contractor who remodeled my home, let me know that the vinyl flooring can withstand water and I had a washer leak and was absolutely terrible LOL but flooring was fine.
A:AnswerDear customer, our machine can be used on the tile floor. But if there are too many gaps on the floor, it may doesn't get the best cleaning result.
A:AnswerDear customer, you can use clean water or our official cleaning solution to clean the floor. The PH of our solution is 8-10. Please rest assured that it's suitable for polished concrete floors.
A:AnswerDoes great on corners and easy to maneuver under furniture but if you try to dip it too low the actual front of the machine comes off the ground
A:AnswerIt’s very light because it only holds like 2 cups of water. The machine itself is light. It’s also self propelled which is nice for us older folks.
A:AnswerAbsolutely you can! This machine is amazing to say the very least. I bought specifically for the new lvp we just put down and it’s impressive what it can do. Go for it!
A:AnswerHi Soul, the FLOOR ONE S3 is designed to leave floors shiny and streak-free after use and is safe for use on all sealed hard floors, including porcelain tile.
A:AnswerI totally concur. We had hardwood floors when we got the Floor One Tineco and just replaced them with laminate. We've used it for a few months now and had no issues. I highly recommend the wet/dry model. I don't use the solution anymore on our laminate floors but just water. I don't know if the solution would matter, but I want to keep just water on the laminate floors. Also don't use very hot water on laminate floors - just lukewarm I'm told.
A:AnswerI usually take it out to dry in the holder on the charge base once I know I’m done using it for a while. If I know I will use it soon I just leave it in. It’s fairly moist but not too bad.
