Unfortunately, this vacuum failed right after the warranty expired, leaving me disappointed. The customer service's offer of only a 10% discount didn't quite make up for the frustration of the situation. See picture attached.

I’ve been using the Tineco Floor One S3 for about a year and a half now, and overall, it’s been a solid performer. It does an excellent job of both cleaning and mopping my hard floors – a great combo for my kitchen. The vacuum picks up small items with ease, and the mop function leaves my floors looking spotless. When paired with the right detergent, my kitchen floors even smell amazing! The iLoop Smart Sensor Technology is a standout feature. It automatically adjusts the suction power based on the mess, which works really well for different levels of dirt. The only downside is that the mop doesn't do a great job on edges – it leaves about a half-inch gap along the wall, so I still need to use a separate tool for cleaning the edges. The one issue I had was that after about a year and a half, the roller stopped spinning, and the vacuum stopped working. It was pretty frustrating, but I was pleased with how quickly Best Buy handled it. They replaced the unit without any issues, and it seems the problem was related to the roller. The replacement unit has been working fine ever since. Despite the issue with the first unit, I’m happy with the Tineco Floor One S3. The cleaning performance is great, and it makes keeping my kitchen floors clean so much easier. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient wet/dry cordless vacuum for hard floors.

Very good product. Cleaned floors amazingly well .

My wife and I LOVE this thing! We found a tik tok video showcasing how well this handles spills and it is legit. This can tackle anything you throw at it, it is powerful and easy to use. Maintenance is also a breeze as it self cleans, just make sure to swap out the rollers and maybe do some more detailed cleaning every now and then. We have had it for some time and even in a house with 5+ pets, it has held up very well and keeps the floors clean

Was good while it lasted! I’ve had it for almost 2 years and I won’t buy another. I loved it but I’d rather stick to the robot.
