QuestionIs this powerful to remove dirty or stained tile grout?

- Answer I would not say so. It's not a steam mop but a general scrubbing type mop as the rotary head spins. It is also only to be used with the specific cleaning fluid so adding something else stronger may void a warranty I guess. It would however keep it clean I'm sure once it was scrubbed up.

QuestionCan this be used on manufactured hardwood floors that do have spacing between them? Concern is..water getting In between and the floor buckling. Thank you

- Answer I'd contact the flooring company. I use mine with hardwood floor and I haven't noticed anything. It leaves very little water as it sucks it back up again with the vacuum feature but I don't think you could say so for sure.

QuestionHow well does it perform on stairs? My stairs are 9” and your unit is 10” so does it clean stairs as well?

- Answer Quincy, this is a personal preference if you would like to try and clean the depth of the stairs. We don’t recommend placing the roller of the S3 on any surface where there is not full contact with the floor. - Answer Littleg, that is a great question, thank you for asking! It is not recommended to use any other third-party solutions in the FloorOne S3. The floor washer is designed to be used with Tineco cleaning solutions to optimize the amount of bubbles that are produced with cleaning solutions. Third-party solutions can cause an overabundance of bubbles when cleaning that could fill up the dirty water tank within minutes of use. Thanks!
