“Does this come with accessories like a crevice tool or the tool you can use to clean stairs with? Also, does it pick up pet hair from the carpet well? I'm debating one purchasing one, but am a little nervous”

I wouldn’t buy it for exclusive use on a carpet. While it will pick up surface hair on a low pile throw rug (we had a cat), I wouldn’t use it for a deep clean.

No crevice tool. Not for carpet, only hard floors. Not worth the effort to use for stairs. Think a Hoover that can wet mop.

Comes with no tools and you can not use this on carpet but it does pick up pet hair off tile

This is for hard floors only. I wouldn’t recommend it for carpets.
