Q: QuestionDoes this vaccum come with a Hepa filter? Ive see it says cyclonic, hepa and paper so I wanted clarification as HEPA is very important to me to know before after I purchase.

• A:Answer Dear customers, our machine has no requirements for the thickness of the carpet, but our machine can only be used on short-pile carpets. Carpet hair that is too long can easily get stuck in the machine, resulting in poor suction.
