It excels at picking up pet hair, muddy paw prints, and common pet spills on hard surfaces—many pet owners confirm this in reviews. The confusion with specs: GO Max is not a dedicated "Pet Series" model. Its official specs don’t highlight pet use because it’s optimized for hard floors only, not deep carpet cleaning. In short: Hard floors: Perfect for pet hair/messes. Carpets: Not designed for heavy pet hair or deep cleaning (choose GO PET for carpets). Hope this answer can help you.
