• Yes you can record live TV and Streaming. We have been using it for a few weeks and its awesome. Much cheaper than cable

• Yes! I cut the cord and couldn’t be happier. I get all major channels over the air with antenna and set up the TiVo to record my favorite shows and watch when I want. I especially like the “skip” button to bypass commercials
