“How do I get ahold of the company to inquire about the product warranty after it stopped working/just flickers after only 3 months of owning it? No I do not have a warranty on it from Best Buy.”

• Check the base for the company name and just google. Or use your Best Buy acct to look up product name then google.

• You have a one year manufacturer's warranty though ToCAD. Check out their website to get more information on how to process that warranty. As a heads up, having the Best Buy warranty means they take care of that process for you.
