Yes, it will hold an iPhone 11 with a case on even. The max is a iPhone 8 Plus in an Otter box, as that is what I have and it just barely fits in and is really tight. The holder is removable, so you always have the option of screwing in a larger holder. I like the light a lot, I use it to light my painting while I livestream.
