• No, no backlight other than there's a small light built into the power button. These things are all about the battery life and being small/lightweight - so a backlight isn't really part of that.

• No, this Chromebook does not feature a backlit keyboard. For Toshiba laptops with backlit keyboards please see the Satellite E45, Satellite P35W, Satellite P55t and Satellite P55W models.

• This is the 2014 version which is not backlit. The 2015 version is, but Best Buy doesn't appear to sell this version
