“How are you supposed to change channels when using the "antenna" input? Asking Alexa to "switch to channel 25" or "go to 25" doesn't work. Or, is this just a feature that wasn't added to the basic Fire Stick they put inside the Toshiba TV?”

Hi, To change channels press the TV button on the remote to launch the Live TV guide, use the up or down buttons to navigate through the list and press the center button to select the highlighted option to start watching. Alan O. - Toshiba Support
