QuestionI need help please. When I try to watch episodes of a show I have recorded on philo, or Hulu, it will play one episode and not just go into the next one. I tried to figure it out in setting's but nothing works. Help please!!!

- Answer Not sure if it will work, but go online to your Hulu account on a computer and try to assist your setting there. If not, uninstall and reinstall the app on the device.

- Answer To change the Audio Output settings go: Home > Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format PCM.

- Answer Don't worry, you don't need to have an Alexa device, the TV includes a remote in the box that has Alexa already built-in. Prime Video is not required, you can stream content from other free apps like Pluto TV or Tubi TV. You don't have to use your voice always, the remote also has buttons, just press them to control your TV.

- Answer Unplug the unit from the wall outlet or power strip for at least 30 seconds. It should reset on it's own. Had the same problem a few weeks ago and unplugging solved the problem.

- Answer I would contact Toshiba first. Next I would try Amazon to see if they carry a replacement remote. Being a fire TV I doubt any universal remote would work. If under warranty contact Bestbuy.
