• Great Choice Good Value and would make a good choice -- I also considered a monitor but chose a tv -- tv's have speakers

• This could be used as a computer monitor, but you will NOT get the best experience--if by "experience" you are referring to use in gaming or photo/video editing. The refresh rate and resolution are mediocre for those purposes.
