• It was easy. We had instructions in the box and I hooked it up to my DirecTV cable.

• Plug it into your cable box using hdmi cable and plug the tv into the wall outlet then set the source to hdmi..bing bang boom. Done! Easy set up! You can program your cable remote to operate the power and volume too. Easy
