“I am trying to find a manual on-line for this tv but this model number (32L31ou18) doesn't seem to exist as far as Toshiba is concerned. Any advise? Thanks”

Hilary, Go to http://support.toshiba.com then click on Television and Video. Next click on 2015 and later models. Next click on click here to find support information. Next click on the box that says L310 series at the top and L310U at the bottom. Next scroll down to the bottom of the list and you will find 32L310U18. Next click on view detail. Next click on manual / firmware download. Scroll down the page and you will be able to download the manual, marketing sheet and quick start guide on this page. It says no firmware is currently available. Have a great day.

Here's the web address on the paper setup guide included with the new toshiba tv: www.tv.toshiba.com. I selected the support option & put in the requested model#, and it sent me to the site where I could download the manual.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hilary, this television really doesn't need a manual. You just put the legs on it, and stand it up. Connect to the outlet; put the batteries in the remote, and go! It is easy to program your channels
