“I was gifted this tv for Christmas. It's been set up/used for 3 months. I have had a couple of occasions where I've turned it on only to realize there is no sound when trying to watch live tv (cable). I had sound for Netflix and/or any other app. Why?”

• Update: after trying various suggestions by Amazon and nothing working, I hung up with them and tried changing the channel again and this time the audio started working. Fluke?

• Make sure your audio setting is on stereo.Do not use dolby.
