Anyone having trouble getting the remote to sync with the tv ? Can’t get past find remote screen. Tried all the you tube tricks. Called BB. Was told to make appt with geek squad. They told me can’t do anything. Seems simple to fix. null

I've not had this issue myself, but if you are then I'd suggest attempting a factory reset on the TV and if that doesn't work then take it into BestBuy, and see if they can get it to pair. If not I'm sure they would replace it without a problem.

Try the following steps: Press and hold at the same time for 12 seconds the following 3 buttons: DPAD-left, back and menu (≡). Then, to pair the remote press and hold the Home Button for about a minute. For product support please call 1-855-527-2411
