“I just received this tv and the set up gets to the language choice and then stalls......I have unplugged the tv a couple of times, but it won't move along. What do I do?”

Try the following steps: Press and hold at the same time for 12 seconds the following 3 buttons: DPAD-left, back and menu (≡). Then, to pair the remote press and hold the Home Button for about a minute. For product support, please call 1-855-527-2411 available everyday from 8am - 9pm CT.

Please try again later.Unplug the TV, press and hold the input/power button on the lower left of the tv for 20 seconds, plug tv back in then press and hold the “home” button on the remote for about a minute, watch the red light on front of the tv in the left lower corner, it will flash twice, then power on the tv with the power button on the tv. It should work now!
