“I cannot turn off my Tv with the remote. I can turn it off with Alexa but not the off switch, suggestions?”

• You probably need to exchange product through Bestbuy if it is within given time period. If you have a problem turn it on also, then controller issue. If you can but no turn off, then TV is the issue I believe. Mine has no trouble.
