• You can hook up a Bluetooth transmitter into the 3.5 mm headphone jack on the TV.

• Yes, there is an audio out jack on the side, look at the additional pictures and specifications for details. If your headphones are Bluetooth only, inexpensive Bluetooth adapters are available, there are a number of them available at Best Buy as well.
