Is this compatible with the fire cube? null

You can connect your streaming devices to the HDMI inputs on the TV.

Can you cast, or mirror your tablet or cell phone to this tv without internet connection?

When we bought the TV, we got it to use as a second screen for my wife who is a teacher. That being said, if you have a fire cube, you should have no issues hooking it up via HDMI and still use your fire cube as your main media.
