“I have hearing problems. If I connect wireless headphone to the headphone jack the internal speaker are turned off automatically. Your TV has audio analog out can I connect my wireless headphone to this connection and the internal speakers stay on.”

This TV only supports one audio output at any time. You could try to connect a splitter to the 3.5 mm headphone jack. David M. - Toshiba Support
