“I only have basic cable and not HD with just 1 connection from cable box to tv. Can I use that to plug into tv or do I need the other HDMI connection?”

• The coaxial cable from the cable box plugs right into the TV. That’s the only connection you need to get picture and sound. I just installed this model TV at a assisted living home for my wife’s Aunt yesterday. (Picture without cable box)
