• Hello! Thank you for your question. To set your Toshiba 32" V35 Series Fire TV to start up on HDMI 1, Just go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Power Controls and turn on Power On to Last Input this makes the TV return to the last used input, so if HDMI 1 was active before powering off, it will automatically start there instead of the Fire TV home screen.
