A:AnswerBuilt-in Bluetooth is one of the two must-have requirements why I bought this television. Closed captioning was the other. Being very hard of hearing, I need both and to be able to (re)pair earbuds using the remote control.
The Bluetooth is exceptional and seems to be slightly louder than other TVs. Adjusting earbud volume using the remote is also a welcome feature that other TVs do not support.
My only complaint is when I turn the TV and/or earbuds off and later turn them back on, or switch identical earbuds when the battery runs out, the earbuds must be paired again. For every swap of earbuds, it's becessary to first forget (unpair) the first set so that it finds the fresh set ready to pair. The same seems to be true with different brand earbuds. But I did not pursue it as the other brand isn't loud enough for me.
For those where maximum volume is important, the loudest earbuds I've discovered is an under $10 brand from a well known national retailer.
A:AnswerTV comes with built in Amazon TV app which Spectrum hasn't approved its app for. Utilize a Roku device and one of the HDMI inputs. Note that you may have to use an HDMI extension cable if use use a Roku stick due to the HDMI location and TV frame. Roku will provide a short HDMI extension for free upon request.
