“Why does my device randomly turn on? Is it triggered my motion ? I turn it off at night and find myself waking up multiple times during the night to turn it off. Also when I leave to work, by the time I get home it is on?? Is there a motion sensor?”

No it does not have a motion sensor. Maybe if you have a hdmi device hooked up to it. That device may be turning it on. Or you have a neighbor with one of those ninja remotes and they’re messing with you. Of course the tv could be defective, or you have a ghost. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It would be my guess that you have something activating the TV for Chromecast use. The TV is Chromecast ready. When you find the TV on does it have the Chromecast screen up and not a channel? Mine will turn on automatically when I have an app on the phone trying to use Chromecast.
