I found my TV doing this when i reset it - I think it may default to it after resetting to factory settings - I'm pretty sure it is part of text-to-voice, designed to help those with poor eyesight operate the TV and to understand the descriptive text in closed caption programming. I believe the setting is under the main menu>accessibility>Voice Guide, which you want to disable. There is another section, the TV remote tutorial, which might actually be involved, but the manual says if you turn off Voice guide, the TV remote tutorial will also be disabled. You can pull up the manual by searching for the model # - 43L511U18
