“I noticed there is a slight crackling/fuzzy sound coming out of the speakers. It happens when I'm watching different channels through AT&T and also when I'm connected to my laptop. Any idea what it is and how I can possibly fix the problem?”

I researched this and found out that you have to change the sound setting on your cable box. I have my sound on cable set as PCM to stop the loud chirps and sounds from changing channels or syncing with the different levels of sound from the cable box.
