“I hooked this TV to a computer and the Native Resolution is 1920x1080 instead of 3840x2160 (using the Advanced Display setting). It doesn't appear to be a UHD panel .Anyone seeing it as "3840x2160 (Recommended)" on the Display Setting?”

The TV will only show what your video board output resolution is set to. 1920x1080 is the high resolution of most computer screens and standard video boards. My MacPro shows resolution on the TV equal to 4K numbers. This is a computer video issue, not the TV.
