• No, this TV is strictly for the US/Canada market, 110v, 60hz.

• Doubtful as the power cord is hard-wired into the set with a two-prong (not grounded!) North American plug. No info on the sad excuse for a manual that comes in the box, but the label on the back says 120V, 60Hz 1.1A. So that would be a "No".
