Q: Questioni turned on the tv by remote control but i was not able to turn it off. the remote is not responsive at all in all buttons. i tried to turn off the tv by using the power on/off button. it still didnt work. any help? thanks.

• A:Answer Dear customer, the red light in the lower corner is a power indicator it means the TV is receiving electricity from the power outlet but is on "stand by mode" the only way to turn that off is disconnecting the TV from the power source. Omar S. - Toshiba Support

• A:Answer This TV comes with chrome cast built in. If you have a smartphone or tablet download the Google cast app and you can stream you tube and other apps. I have ABC, CBS, Disney Anywhere, etc. I have no cable box on the TV.

Q: QuestionI bought both a new in box and open box version of this TV and it will not calibrate the black levels correctly even after updating the tv. Is it just an error in this model? I've even used movie calibration color bars on bluray and Xbox one calibration
