• I never recommend mounting a TV in portrait because it is not designed to cool like that and will overheat. You need to buy a monitor that is designed for portrait mounting. They are very expensive.

• Yes ya can and the photos come preset that rotate on auto after inital setup of your smart TV to your internet. BUT ...you can customize the photos you want to as an option :) best of luck
