Hi Billman98, Thank you for your interest in the Toshiba 43V35MU. If two TVs are in close proximity, using one remote may inadvertently power both TVs on or off. To control only one TV, you can wrap your hand around the head of the remote and point it directly at the desired TV. This helps prevent IR interference and ensures that only the intended TV responds to the remote commands. If you have any further questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-888-407-0396 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Toshiba Support Team.

The Toshiba 43" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV to address your questions: 1.Independent Remotes: * Each TV should come with its own remote control. Therefore, you can operate them independently without affecting each other. Adjusting volume, changing channels, or navigating the Fire TV interface will only impact the TV paired with that specific remote. 2.Input/App Changes: * The remotes are designed to control their respective TVs. If you change inputs or apps on one TV, it won’t affect the other. So, you can comfortably switch between different content sources or apps on each TV without interference. 3. Powering On/Off: * Similarly, powering the TVs on or off using their individual remotes won’t impact the other TV. You can turn them on or off separately as needed. In summary, you can mount these two Toshiba TVs side by side in your garage or man cave, and their remotes will work independently, allowing you to enjoy personalized viewing experiences.
