Can I download the Spectrum app on this TV null

Thanks for your question. The Spectrum app isn’t supported on Fire TV devices, including the Toshiba C350 model, so it can’t be downloaded on this TV. You can still access Spectrum by using screen mirroring from your phone. Sudeep | Team Toshiba
