“Where can I get a full user guide for this TV? It came with only a Quick Setup guide which does not cover all settings/ menu options. I was unable to find one online for the US model. I also tried to find it on the Toshiba USA web site with no success.”

Go online and put in Toshiba43C350KN into your search, it will pull up all manuals and how you can get them
