Amazon lists reviews of all the Toshiba 4K UHD models together, so some of the reviews you're seeing aren't specific to this model. Also, it seems that many of the Amazon reviewers aren't as tech savvy as Best Buy reviewers -- many of the Amazon reviews are complaints that the TV doesn't do something it was never designed to do or is unable to do because of an outside company. There's something to be said for having a real human being available at the point of sale to answer questions and offer helpful information.
