You have purchased the correct hardware. If you do not already own a TV Wall Mount, make sure you purchase one designed for a 43 inch flat panel television. The new wall mount will come with instructions. The following assumes you have a wall mount designed for a TV with a 43 inch screen. Most wall mounts arrive in two parts: one bracket that mounts on the wall, and one bracket that mounts on the back of the TV (this bracket maybe two pieces). Mount the part of the wall mount bracket to the wall making sure to screw that part into the studs in the wall. Wall mount bracket manufacturers recommend mounting their wall brackets to studs and will void their warrantee if it is not mounted using the wall studs. There are 4 screw holes on the back of the TV used to mount the parts of the wall bracket that attach to the TV. Attach that bracket to the TV using the hardware you purchased. Now following the wall mount instructions mount the TV and TV bracket onto the Wall mount bracket. The TV manufacturer recommends that two people perform the final mounting task.
