“Is it somehow possible to control my receiver's volume with the TV using HDMI-CEC? I don't think I can use any of the HDMI ports as audio outputs to the receiver? Would be nice not to have to use two remotes...”

This TV has 1 HDMI(ARC) input, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > HDMI CEC Device Control and select On.
