“We can't get the tv to download/sync with our cable channels. It only picks up 3. We have changed out our cable box and upgrade the box. Still won't since. Can not watch "live" tv.”

Hook up your cable box into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV. With this connection you don't need to scan for Live TV channels. Just select the appropriate HDMI input from the Home Screen. Try the Power On feature, when enabled, your TV turns on displaying the last used input: go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.
