• This one is Full HD (1080p) and the other one is Ultra HD (2160p).

• UHD is 4K. This one is 1080P. So although this TV has awesome resolution, it’s not as good as the 4K(UHD) one. To put it simpler, it has less pixels per inch than UHD version.
