• No. BUT you can subscribe to additional services. I have never had--or wanted cable. That is why I got this. I can add CBS all Access, PBS, and BBC to watch everything I want to see for an entire year--for what some people pay in a month.

• If you cut the cord, you can use other streaming apps to access Movies and TV shows (internet connection needed). Most streaming services require a monthly subscription fee to watch their content and some others are for free. Also you can connect an Antenna (not included) to watch free over-the-air broadcasts from local channels.
