“I noticed the TV is flickering after it is on for awhile. Tried resetting to factory settings, unplugged for awhile plugged back in. Still the flickering shows up. I hesitate buying a new one - really like the size and all it does. Any suggestions ?”

Replace it while it's under warranty. This issue won't go away by itself. It will only progress. Sorry you got a bad one. I really like mine it's been flawless.
