“I just bought this TV. I have Xfinity and am using HDMI 1 for it. When I power up the tv it comes up on the fire stick home screen and in order to go to Xfinity I have to arrow down to the HDMI input selection. I would like to have the tv go to my Xfiniti”

Go to settings and select display and sounds. Go to power on selection. Change your power on to 'last input' instead of home screen.
